Received today from Rosylen Mangohig, Class of '97: "I just wanted to say that the Help Desk for IT at HSU is the coolest thing ever and such a great service to students and alumni (like me)!  I called this evening because I was having trouble with logging in and the person who answered the phone was super helpful and efficient and I really appreciated his help. AND he--live person--answered after only one ring (unheard of when it comes to most help desks anywhere!).  My experience with your staff was the best part of my day and a reminder of how good it feels to experience great customer service!"
