KBOX Bug Workaround

The latest version of KBOX incorporates a frustrating known bug that we hope will get fixed soon, but we don’t have a schedule yet. The problem is rooted in the need to be logged into KBOX before clicking on the ticket details link in the ticket status update emails.

Until the bug is fixed, you’ll need to click the ticket details link, then open a separate browser tab and log into KBOX (which takes you to a generic view), then go back and re-click the ticket details link in the email.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will let you know as soon as we have a permanent fix.
