ITS AND SHORT-TERM SYSTEM/SOLUTION OUTAGES

With the proliferation of web-based applications and the never-ending need for security updates to in-house programs, outages of a few minutes for a particular application, group of applications, or the network itself are almost inevitable.

If you find you are unable to access or use a particular application or service, the best advice is to wait a few minutes and try again. If you continue to experience access issues after five minutes, and no other communication regarding the outage has been posted to myHumboldt, please call the Technology Help Desk at x4357.

Anyone wanting to stay informed about ITS outages is welcome to sign up to receive Systats, the system status reports issued by ITS whenever any system or service is unavailable for any reason.
