Inaugural HSU Authors Celebration, Thursday, January 29th

January 28, 2015

on January 29, 2015 from 4:00-5:30 p.m. in the HSU Authors Hall, located in the Library’s Helen Everett Reading Room. The 2015 Authors Celebration will recognize HSU authors for their scholarship and creative work published in calendar year 2014 and earlier. During this event, we also will dedicate the HSU Authors Hall, a permanent, physical collection of books, CDs, and DVDs. We hope that you will join us on this festive occasion.

The HSU Authors Celebration reflects our belief in intellectual growth through scholarship, creative activities and research, which is articulated in HSU’s values. This annual event honors HSU authors, and each year, we will create a bibliography of HSU authors and their work published in the previous year.

Please help us compile the bibliography for the first annual celebration. Any member of the Humboldt State University community, including authors themselves, may submit the names of faculty, staff, students, and alumni using this form. Eligible works are published articles, books, book chapters, special issues of journals, substantive encyclopedia entries, poetry, musical compositions, audio recordings, film/video recordings, and art exhibition catalogs.
