IMPORTANT CHANGE TO FALL 2016 ITS PROJECT PRIORITIZATION CRITERIA

September 13, 2016

For the Fall 2016 Project Prioritization cycle, the University Cabinet has requested that all project proposals incorporate clear, evidence-based support for student success. With the exception of Chancellor’s Office or legally mandated projects, proposals must demonstrate a direct contribution to student success in alignment with HSU’s Strategic Goals, re-affirmation of HSU’s WASC accreditation, and the Graduation Initiative 2025 to be considered in this cycle.

As you prepare your request, please be sure to document in detail both how your proposal will positively impact student success, citing literature or previous experience, and how that success can be measured on completion of the project.

Remember, the Prioritization Cycle opens on Monday September 19 and closes on Monday October 3.

Please feel free to contact anyone in the ITS Project Office with questions or concerns about these new criteria.
