We are offering numerous safety-related trainings throughout the course of the week next week. Learn how to use a fire extinguisher, get CPR certified, learn about tsunamis, earthquakes, winter storms, and more. All training is free and available to all students, staff and faculty, and it's not too late to sign up.

We are currently seeing the devastation natural disaster can cause, with many in Sonoma and Napa losing their homes - and even lives. Here in Humboldt, we also face many potential hazards, and it's important we get trained and prepared to be ready. Next week is the perfect time to build skills and gain invaluable information to be ready for whatever disaster comes your way.
