Course Redesign Intensive Opportunity ~ Proposals due March 13

Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to redesign your course with group and one-on-one support!

All faculty are invited to submit a proposal to the Course Redesign Intensive.

The Intensive will support a cohort of twelve faculty working together to revitalize their courses (face-to-face, hybrid, online, or technology-enhanced) during a week-long summer intensive with cross campus collaborative support from various units. Faculty and staff will provide expertise and support on a variety of critical topics related to course design, such as active learning, building community, diversity and inclusion, assessment, technology and open educational resources.

WHEN: June 1-5, 2015 (8:30 am - 3:30 pm daily)

WHERE: Humboldt State University

STIPEND: $500 or $500 technology tool

COMMITMENT: 1-week Intensive, two reflective mini-sessions (Fall 15, Spring 16), share experience at a faculty development experience (i.e.: Institute for Student Success, future Course Redesign Intensive, etc.)
