Clicker-Moodle Problem Workaround

While ITS is working to resolve the current Clicker-Moodle problem, here’s a quick workaround:

  1. Click on the TurningPoint logo on the desktop to open TurningPoint Anywhere
  2. On the TurningPoint dashboard, open the Manage tab
  3. Select the Participant List on the left of the screen
  4. From the drop-down list, select New List
  5. In the pop-up window, select Create Manually
  6. Enter each student’s device ID, last name, first name, and User ID (this is the student’s email address)
  7. Click Save and Close at the bottom right of the screen

You can now use this list for your Clicker sessions.

The list is stored in CSV (comma-separated) text format, so you can use it in other areas if necessary.
