The CalPERS Walnut Creek Regional Office is providing HSU employees nearing retirement with an on-campus class titled Planning Your Retirement.  This class will be held on October 17, 2017, from 9 – 11:30 a.m. in the University Library, at the Humboldt Scholars Lab (Lib 301H). 

You can register by logging into your My|CalPERS account at www.mycalpers.ca.gov.   (If you do not yet have a My|CalPERS account set up, you can do so by clicking my|CalPERS Log In, then click the Participant radio button, Register Now, and follow the prompts) 

1. Once logged in, click Find Classes
2. Select the CalPERS Walnut Creek Regional Office from the drop down menu, and then click GO.
3. Click Planning Your Retirement (CSU Humboldt)
4. Click Enroll, and follow the prompts

Please note that if you do not have a my|CalPERS account, and want to attend the class, you can email your name and request to Ariel.Aaron@Humboldt.edu to register.

There will be a few one-on-one appointments available after the class in Nelson Hall East room 118 for those employees who are retiring within 1 year.   Please call Human Resources & Academic Personnel Services front desk at extension 3626 to reserve an appointment slot.
