On behalf of the A.S. Council (College) Representatives, we would like to cordially invite you and each college’s faculty to the All College Mixer happening on Tuesday, April 21 from 12:30-5PM. The mixer will be happening in the quad and the South Lounge in hopes to get as many students out to vote in this year’s election.

The A.S. College Reps have also created signs that professors can wear to help mingle with students. The signs will be in the A.S. office for professors to pick up and wear during the time that they can make the event. The signs say things like, “Ask a Scientist,” “Ask an Oceanographer,” “Ask an Anthropologist,” “Ask a Sociologist,”  “Ask an Economist,” etc. We also ask that you leave the signs in the A.S. office when you have to leave the event so other professors can pick them up.

We would like to ask if you can forward this message to the Department Chairs of your respected colleges so they can share this email with the professors of each college. Thank you and we hope to see you out mingling with students this Tuesday!
