For years, Humboldt State students have made the world a better place. Each of us helps make that happen. Now is the time to ask: How do we build on that success? Can we make this university better? This is what the WASC process is all about.
Humboldt State University is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), certifying the quality and effectiveness of Humboldt’s degree programs and educational activities.
Accreditation, however, is not a static state. Instead, it is a dynamic, ongoing process supporting continuous improvement. Find out how this works.
We will be updating the WASC site throughout this academic year. Check back in the near future for information on: developments in theme 2, assessment progress and writing across the curriculum.
