Accommodations for the Alexander von Humboldt Conference
Conference guests will be staying in Cypress Hall, a tiered level residence hall built up the slope of a hillside that houses 230 participants. Cypress Hall is connected by a walkway to the central three level Commons Building, which houses the Dining Facility, the Conference Information Desk and a Recreation Room with a big screen TV and game area.  A Cypress suite houses seven to ten individuals, and is make up of single and double rooms.  Each suite has a living room, bathroom, and a small kitchen area.  Some suites have either a balcony or a patio off of the living room.  All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, and a wardrobe closet for each individual.  Laundry facilities are on the ground floor.  A basketball hoop, barbecue, lawn and recreational areas are located on the grounds adjacent to Cypress.

All conference guests will be charged a per person, per night rate of $50.00 for a double room, or $45.00 for a single room.  This rate includes a bed and bath linen package which includes soap and a blanket and three meals a day.  Meal hours are as follows:  Breakfast is from 7:30 – 8:30am, Lunch is 11:30 – 12:30pm, and Dinner is from 5:00 – 6:00pm.  On Sundays, there is brunch available from 10:30 – 12:30pm and Dinner from 5:00 – 6:00pm.
