Veterans Day 5K Run/Walk
Thank You for Supporting our Veterans!
The 5K Run/Walk will be hosted by the Veterans Enrollment and Transition Services Department in collaboration with the Student Veterans Association Club at Humboldt State University. All proceeds raised will help to re-instate our outdoor program for student veterans here at Humboldt State, which was lost due to lack of funding. Our outdoor program has been proven effective in assisting in the transition from service to student life for veterans. Help us out by signing up and joining us this Veterans Day for a Run or Walk.

Free parking on campus for the day of the event!

The Marching Lumberjacks and Humboldt Circus will be playing music and performing for the event!

If you are not signed up for the run/walk before Nov. 7th you may not receive a shirt or a shirt your preferred size on the day of the event!!!
The event will begin and end at the Redwood Bowl on Friday November 11, 2011. Registration check-in and T-Shirt pick up will begin at 9 am. Opening ceremony from 10-11 am. Run/Walk begins at 11:11 am.
- Veterans and Service Members -$15.
- Non-Veterans -$20.
- "Fire team" discount (groups of 4) - $60 total.
- Day of Race - $25
Entrants will receive a Veterans Day Run/Walk T-Shirt at the check-in table for the event. We will have veterans apparel, food, and other vendors at the event to continue to help raise funds for the VETS Department. WRAPP will collaborate with us to provide minimal waste and free water stations at the event.
