This committee is most notably known for the Staff Spotlight Newsletter and the lunch-time potlucks. Other responsibilities are:

1. Staff suggestions pertaining to Staff Council itself.
2. Coordinate at least two Brown Bag Lunches with University President.
3. Coordinate at least two potlucks, working in conjunction with the Fund Raising Committee.
4. Create and distribute monthly Staff Spotlight newsletters.
5. Contribute to Tune in at Noon with HR.
6. Other matters referred to it by the Staff Council.
