Presidential Search Open Forum, Oct. 28

October 10, 2013

President Rollin Richmond has announced his intent to retire at the end of the 2013-14 academic year.

The California State University Chancellor's Office will conduct a search for a new president for Humboldt State University using the guidelines set in the CSU Board of Trustees Search Policy.

An Open Forum will be held on campus on October 28, 10:00-12:00 in the Van Duzer Theatre. This event is open to students, staff, faculty and community members. It will provide an opportunity for interacting with the search committee, which includes CSU Chancellor Timothy White, four CSU trustees, a CSU president and a campus advisory committee.

Following a national search and a series of interviews, the CSU Board of Trustees plan to name the new president in Spring 2014.
