CSUEU and SETC General Salary Increase

February 20, 2014

CSUEU (Units 2, 5, 7, 9) and SETC (Unit 6) employees who were active on July 1, 2013 will receive an approximate 1.34 percent General Salary Increase (GSI).  CSUEU and SETC salary range minimums and maximums have been increased by 1.34 percent with an effective date of July 1, 2013.  This GSI increase will be paid pro-rata for employees who are less than full-time.

A $40 salary increase will be applied to the salary rates of employees when the 1.34 percent GSI amount falls below a $40 minimum salary increase, pro-rated as appropriate based upon time base and/or pay plan schedule.

The monthly base salary increase will be included in employees’ payroll warrant issued March 1, 2014.  Separate payroll warrants will be issued for retroactive payments (from July 1, 2013).

If you receive direct deposit warrants, you will receive your retroactive payment through a direct deposit.

If you receive paper warrants, your retroactive payment will be available for pick up at the Cashier’s Office.

Please note that the State Controller’s Office has not yet issued all retroactive payments; the Payroll Office will attempt to notify employees who receive paper warrants when the retroactive pay warrants are available for pick up.

Thank you.
