Parking & Commuter Services at Humboldt State University is comprised of employees and students who share an interest in managing parking and transportation on campus. Our customers- students, faculty, staff and visitors to the University, are the reason for our existence. We are responsive to their needs and involve them in our actions. Our transportation demand management objective is to develop and maintain commuter programs, promote transportation alternatives, mitigate traffic congestion and reduce parking demand on campus. A key measure of our success is customer satisfaction.

As managers of the environment and our state's resources, we recognize that our facilities and services affect the natural surroundings. As such, we will conserve and protect these resources through responsible management, sound technical judgement, conscientious work methods and individual effort.
Parking permits and meter regulations are in effect every week throughout the year regardless of breaks in instruction. This will include permit and meter requirements between sessions, Thanksgiving and Spring breaks, and Winter Recess. The days and hours of these regulations are:
