The SAN connection of the VM
The SAN connection of the VM Host is still degraded after
a) setting the speed negotiation from Auto to 4GB, and back to Auto (multiple times)
b) re-seating the SFP modules of the affected link
c) replacing SFP modules with new ones
d) replacing the fiber-optic cable between host, and Sw7
e) replacing the mezzanine HBA on the VM host
f) rebooting Sw7 (The VM host is currently the only client device on that switch)
Result: The only part that has not been replaced is the "baby brocade" fiber switch (left one from back) inside the c7000 enclosure in rack 32.
