Affected in what way: 
Went offline yesterday at 20:21 for unknown reasons. This morning a tech remotely power cycled the CPE and the connection restored.
Workaround: 
None.
What happened: 
According to Suddenlink, our provider to the Trinidad Marine Lab - Network connections were intermittent yesterday and ultimately resulted in a complete service outage. The issue was identified as the, "ingress of a bad tap" (unauthorized signal leaking into the coaxial network).
