The Network Advisory Working Group (NAWG) provides input to the Humboldt State University IT Council on all issues relating to networks and their use within HSU facilities.

The NAWG is specifically tasked to:

• Identify potential problems in campus network operational practices and advise the IT Council and the Manager of Telecommunications & Network Services (TNS) on opportunities for resolution.
• Advise the Director of Central IT Systems and Services on the implementation of the Technology Infrastructure Initiative (TII) on campus.
• Respond to specific requests for information or guidance related to campus networks from the IT Council, CIO, or the Director of Central IT Systems and Services.
