The Student Recreation Center offers various fitness classes, including Power Hour, Core Attack, and Zumba after 5 p.m. or just drop-in for a workout. Visit their Facebook page for the most up to date information and for other fitness ideas, including thier H-FIT challenge of the week.
Participate in Intramurals. Is there a sport you love? Staff are welcome to create their own teams and compete. Would you prefer to participate in a drop-in sport? The Recreation and Wellness Department offers that as well.
Counseling and Psychological Services offers resources for students and staff, including Crisis Services. Familiarize yourself with their website, join Jodi and Jen for a Walk & Talk, or try out meditation with the One Breath Group (beginners always welcome).
Center Activities leads many wonderful outdoor adventure groups and even rents out equipment so you can go out on your own.
