Submit completed ITS Request Form and written support of project from the project sponsor to the ITS Project Office at itspo@humboldt.edu. The ITS Project Request form is used to ask for work* to be done by the Information Technology services department. * A project is an effort that requires more than 20 hours of ITS technical resources and two or more ITS technical people.
