Humboldt Symphony performs a jazz-inflected work from the 1920s: “The Creation of the World” by Darius Milaud, plus the first overture to a western opera by Monteverdi, a Rimsky-Korsakoff orchestral masterwork, Percy Grainger’s “Molly on the Shore” and a student fiddle ensemble. Paul Cummings, conductor.
