This 30-minute class improves core stability, strength, hip mobility, endurance, coordination and balance. The core is your power house for movement, so let's make it powerful!
Additional Public Info: Class takes place Tuesday and Thursdays, 5:15 - 5:45pm. Participants can either drop-in or pay for the full session. Contact the Student Recreation Center for more information. This course is open to community members!
