The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute presents a two-part class exploring the past and future of the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge. July 26 and July 28. A walking tour is included. Bring lunch and sturdy shoes.

Marine Science Discovery Day

HSU Natural History Museum
The third Marine Science Discovery Day will be held Saturday, July 28 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the HSU Natural History Museum.

Marine science students have designed and will lead exploration activities in a variety of marine science topics including marine mammals, plankton, ocean acidification, sharks, invasive species, etc. This is a free event and an opportunity for people of all ages to learn something new.
