Join us at the CCAT House for a free instrument building workshop donated by the former Arcata Recycling Center.

Want to help change this process for the better? Come to a screening and discussion of "The Story of Stuff," one of the most watched environmental-themed online movies of all time.

Economic Fuel is hosting a capitalization workshop. Join community experts as they discuss traditional and non-traditional types of funding, including commercial loans, economic development/gap loans and crowdfunding. Find out about the commercial loan process and learn how the 5 C’s of Credit can help you qualify for a business loan. Speakers include Sandy Neal of the North Coast SBDC, Ross Welch of Arcata Economic Development Corporation, Nicole Schwerdt of US Bank, Rhonda Wiedenbeck of Beck’s Bakery and Rosie Wentworth of Consumer Credit Counseling Services. 8:00 pm	Royal Dancers and Drummers of Burundi, East Africa Van Duzer Theater One of the greatest percussion ensembles on the planet, these pulse-pounding master drummers from East Africa weave together an unbelievable collage of choreographed movement, song and sound. Channeling the energy and creative spirit of a nation through their immense drums and the rituals surrounding them, the Royal Drummers and Dancers have been moving audiences for centuries at celebrations such as births, funerals and the enthronement of Kings.
