Introduction to Sport Lead & Traditional Climbing (Level 3)
Time: 2:30 pm-8:30 pm
Description:
This course provides an introduction to sport lead climbing as well as traditional climbing and is designed as a continuation of a top rope and anchoring course. Topics covered will include advanced anchor building, lead belaying, rope management, single and multi-pitch descending methods and confidence building strategies.
Additional Public Info: Pre-requisite: Completion of Introduction to Top Rope and Anchoring or instructor approval. Registration deadline: Thursday, October 18. Program fee includes instruction and all rock climbing equipment.
