Ever get to the point where you just don't know what your workout should be? Well then, this course is for you! You will use selectorized machines, resistance bands, weighted barbells, dumbbells and much more to get a great total body workout. A new circuit-style routine will challenge you each day! This 1 hour and 15 minute class is the gateway to getting stronger for life. (All circuits designed by a certified strength and conditioning professional.)
Additional Public Info: Class meets Tuesday & Thursday from 5:15 pm - 6:30 pm in the SRC - West. Please contact the HSU Student Recreation Center for more information!
Price: Drop-In Program Fee: $4 HSU Students, $6 All Others Full Session Program Fee: $60 HSU Students, $70
