International Cultural Festival 2012

Campus and community members are invited to enjoy cultural displays, performances and music during the International Cultural Festival. Performances are scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m.

The Festival is an annual event held at Humboldt State University. Its purpose is to promote cultural exchange, and to give international students and community members an opportunity to share information about their respective countries in a friendly, interactive, fun-filled atmosphere. This popular event is free for campus and community members. People from many countries participate in this event by displaying traditional clothing, handicrafts, pictures, books and other cultural items. Among the countries expected this year are China, El Salvador, Honduras, Hungary, Nepal, Myanmar, Philippines, and others. During the course of the event, there are performances from a variety of world cultures.
