Jacqueline Honda Ed.D.
Dr. Honda is currently the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment at the University of Hawai’i-West O’ahu, and oversees both Institutional Research and Assessment efforts. Dr. Honda also serves as the Director of the HSU IR Graduate Certificate and the primary faculty for PSYC 550, 551, and 552.
Dr. Honda holds a bachelor degree in Japanese Studies from the State University of New York, a Master’s in Asian Pacific Liberal Arts from the University of San Francisco, a Master’s in Demographics and Social Analysis from the University of California Irvine and a Doctorate of Education from the University of California Los Angeles.
Dr. Honda has an extensive background in institutional research and as a faculty member. She has experience working in the California Community College, California State University, the University of California and the University of Hawaii. She has taught at both at the University of Hawaii, Manoa and at Humboldt State University.
