HSU Service Learning Club
SO you probably have an urge to help out in the community or to just be involved for whatever reason. You were excited to join the Y.E.S. House but you couldn’t dedicate the semester long commitment?! Well, that is where the Service Learning Center and Club comes in! We work with you (and your club/organization) and your time to accommodate your needs to provide service opportunities around the community that will be centered on your area of interest. The Service Learning interns will work closely with you so that we can provide you the resources necessary for you to participate and have a fulfilling service experience! In other words come to the Service Learning Center, tell us what you would like to do or participate in, we do all the middle work (contacting community partners, setting up date and location, etc), and then you show up to your service event/day! It doesn’t get any easier than that!!
