Will Call

All ticket orders received less than 10 days prior to the performance will be held at Will Call, which opens one hour prior to curtain.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

Can't find your tickets? Call the Ticket Office at 707.826.3928 and we will have duplicate tickets waiting for you at Will Call. General Admission tickets cannot be reprinted.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the performing arts, all programs are subject to change without notice. Refunds are available only in the event of a cancellation.

Exchanging Tickets

Due to popular demand, the Ticket Office will be extending the service of exchanging tickets to non-subscribers! Please contact theTicket Office at 707.286.3928 for more information.

Is there a fee for purchasing my tickets online?

A $5.00/ticket convenience fee will be assessed for all tickets purchased online. You may avoid incurring this fee by purchasing your tickets in person at the Ticket Office located on the second floor of the University Center.

Do you have any discounts for Students? Children?

Discounts will vary from event to event. Generally, discounts will be extended toward HSU Students and children under 18.

What time will the Box Office open prior to an event? When do the doors open for an event?

The Box Office will open an hour prior to each performance at each designated venue.

Typically, the doors will open half an hour prior to each event (except for AS Presents events were the doors open one hour prior).
