PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal trainers are certified fitness professionals that work one-on-one or in a group setting with their clients. You can consider a personal trainer as your private coach who will educate you about health, exercise and nutrition. Personal trainers asses the risks and plan a safe exercise program. Personal trainers can help motivate, improve exercise routines and help their clients to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals.
Price Packages: Individual: $20-$30 per session Buddy (2 people): $15-$25 per session Small Group (3-6 people): $10-$20 per session

POWER HOUR
Session I: May 28 - June 27 Session II: July 16 - August 15
A boot camp style course designed to burn large amounts of calories in a short period of time. Challenge yourself with high-intensity interval training composed of body-weight exercises, agility courses, medicine ball circuits, core training, etc. The perfect workout that gives you more bang for our buck...and time!

FOUNDATION TRAINING
June 13 - July 25
Foundation Training is an adaptive training tool focusing on strengthening important muscle chains with its primary focus at the low back. Foundation uses a body weight exercise system to reinforce proper movement patterns allowing large groups or chains of muscles to work together! Out current lifestyle causes us to sit more; leaving important muscles dormant in activity. Proper movement can help us eliminate pain and prevent physical breakdown. Using a braced spine and hip hinge is the foundation to proper movement. We will learn a variety of moves and postures designed to increase strength and flexibility to the strongest muscles in the human body. Foundation Training has gained the attention and value of many well known doctors, professional athletes and celebrities. Foundation Training is idea for athletes, chronic pain sufferers, or someone looking for something new and exciting to make them feel good every day!

SRC TEEN STRENGTH & FITNESS CAMP
Session I: June 17 - July 19 Session II: July 22 - August 23
Spend your summer at the HSU Student Recreation Center, training under the direction of Strength and Conditioning staff members. Open to all teen athletes, this program includes access to the strength and fitness facility throughout each session. Prepare yourself for the coming athletic year with exclusive, individualized training in the areas of plyometrics, speed development, strength development, power development, agility, Olympic lifting and flexibility. Program Fee: $80/session
Discount: Sign up for both Session I and Session II and receive receive $10 off the program fee!
Days and Times: Choose from two training sessions available each day: 1pm - 3pm or 5pm - 7pm, Monday - Thursday.

SRC YOUTH CLIMBING CAMP
Session I: July 22 - 25
Session II: July 29 - August 1
Campers learn essential climbing skills in a fun, challenging and supportive environment. Instructors teach climbing technique, safety checks, knot tying, belaying and clear communication. Our days will include team building challenges and games to help build agility, self-esteem, responsibility and confidence. Other days and times can be added per request. Gather some friends and have your own personal climbing camp! A minimum of three participants are required. Please call (707) 826-4196 for more information.
Program Fee: $130
Discount: Pay regular price for one camp and get $20 off camp fees for an additional child from the same family OR $20 of an additional week of camp for the same child.
