The Art of Making Truffles

March 8, April 12 or May 3

Learn to make chocolate truffles the easy way from a professional Chocolatier. Sandra Nakashima, founder and co-owner of Drakes Glen Creations will show you how to make artisan truffles that will amaze your friends and family. You will learn how to: make truffle ganache, temper chocolate, and learn to make rolled, dipped, and molded truffles. You will leave the class with recipes, one mold and the chocolate truffles you have made in class (more than a $50 Value). This is a fun class and no previous cooking skills are needed.
