We will begin by examining how essential oils affect the body and the mind. We will cover how they have been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine and ancient cultures to promote health. You will leave with a strong knowledge of the basics of aromatherapy. You will have tools for working therapeutically with emotional states such as depression and insomnia, as well as recipes for general first aid and household uses.
